Google Ads audit
The bill keeps going out whether those clicks become leads or not. A free score won't show you which ones to cut. This is a fixed-price, read-only audit. One of our analyst ninjas ranks the waste by dollar impact. You get the report in 3 business days.
Pilot $99, Quick Audit $149, or Full Audit $249. Founding rate: only 5 pilot spots.

How it works

02
You invite us in Google Ads as a Read only user. We can see the account. We can't change bids, ads, or billing.

Within 3 business days of your intake form and the invite, you get the findings ranked by dollar impact. The Full Audit includes a Loom walkthrough.
Who it's for
The monthly budget is already on. If the calls are not keeping up with the click report, this is the pass.
Plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other crews that live on the phone.
Clicks that should become booked appointments, not page views.
Expensive leads, and search terms that are not your kind of case.
Repair, tires, and dealers whose monthly spend drifts.
Studios and gyms paying for visits that never turn into members.
Agents and teams buying the same clicks as every other listing.
What's checked
9 checks. The report ranks whichever ones show up in the account, by the dollars they affect.
Whether a conversion is a lead or a sale, or a page view the bidding strategy treats as a win.
Queries that spend and don't convert, and whether negatives exist for the obvious junk.
Exact, phrase, and broad, and whether broad match has the conversion data and the negatives it needs.
Whether the strategy matches the amount of real conversion data you have, or whether it is guessing.
Campaigns marked limited by budget sitting next to campaigns that still have money left.
Sitelinks, callouts, and snippets that are missing, stale, or pointed at an old offer.
Whether the page matches the ad and asks for one clear action, or drops people on the homepage.
Spend in places and hours you don't serve.
Overlap and leftovers that hide which campaign is wasting the money.
Why pay
If the same people who run the account also tell you it is fine, the wasted search terms stay hidden. Free graders, including WordStream, hand back a score and stop there. The spend keeps going out every day while you look at that number.
This audit is a different job. One of our analyst ninjas, with agency experience, checks the account and ranks a short list by the dollars each fix affects, including whether a conversion is a lead or a page view. You get the tracking check and the wasted search terms, in the order worth doing.
Take the Wasted Money Quiz if you want a first pass. It never sees the account. It takes about two minutes.
Report preview
| Rank | Area | Finding |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Tracking | The primary conversion is a page view, so a visit counts as a win. |
| 02 | Queries | Money is going to searches that can't buy what the advertiser sells. |
| 03 | Budgets | A campaign with no conversions is still taking the daily budget. |

FAQ
Free graders return a score. WordStream's is instant and free, and the score is a glance. One of our analyst ninjas reviews the account and ranks the fixes by dollar impact, after checking that a conversion is a real lead or sale. That's the part a score skips.
A written report: the tracking check, the search terms that are wasting money, and the top 5 fixes in dollar order. The Full Audit adds a Loom video of the findings and 14 days to ask questions by email. The report is short on purpose.
You have the report in 3 business days. That means monday to friday, excluding us federal holidays, counted from the time your intake form is in and the read-only invite has reached us. Payment is the step before that. We email you before the deadline if the date will move.
Read only. You invite an email address as a Read only user under Admin, then Access and security. We can view the account. We can't change campaigns, bids, budgets, or billing, and your password stays with you. The Fix-It add-on is the exception, and only after you approve the changes and choose to raise access for that work.
Yes. The audit is read-only, so the account stays as it is. We don't contact your agency or your freelancer. The report is yours. Share it with them, or keep it.
Then the report says so, and it says why. The list stays short. We don't invent waste to justify the fee, and we don't promise a dollar amount of savings before we look.
One of our analyst ninjas. That's a Google Ads specialist with agency experience. Paid Traffic Ninja is operated by WHIPSAW Media in Huntington Beach, California. The audit is a separate offer from full account management.
Management is not part of the audit. Monitoring is a monthly watch at $79/mo, with one fix included. Day-to-day management is a separate conversation if you want it. Say so on the intake form.
If you ask before we start the review, we refund the audit fee. Once the review has started, the fee covers that work. Monitoring charges already made are not refunded. You can cancel monitoring by email before the next renewal. The terms page spells this out.
The refund rule and the rest of the purchase terms are on the terms page.
Fixed price. Read-only access. The report arrives in 3 business days.
